You can let them feel more rage by forgiving them for their behavior, ignoring their negative comments and constantly trying to further improve your skills and strengths.

  1. I do not think life should best be dealt with from a single viewpoint (such as the Islamic view you suggested). I think it should be best dealt with by understanding from as many viewpoints as possible and trying to see yourself and your situation from a 3rd person perspective. Keeping to one viewpoint traps you to it and can create complications in some situations. Training yourself to see things from many viewpoints allows easy adaptation and better efficiency at understanding. Oftentimes, I think misunderstanding or lack of understanding is what drives people to feel bad.
